WHO ARE WE?
THE CETé CONSORTIUM
In 1962, SERECT was created to promote and develop Live Working (TST) in France. In 2000, EDF generalized TST audits across EDF units on a 4-year cycle. In 2008, visits to ERDF contractor companies began. ENEDIS generalized field audits at their contractor companies in 2014.
In 2019, former SERECT experts founded their consulting firm and created an international observatory for electrical risk management. They identified a gap: no independent rating system existed.
In 2026, they created CETé, a fully independent rating agency with the ambition of becoming the reference electrical risk rating agency in France and internationally, and a recognized influencer in sharing best practices for electrical risk prevention.

AN INDEPENDENT RATING
The Vigi-Score's credibility rests on rigorous governance, a proprietary tool and total independence from assessed organizations.
Monitoring Committee
Composed of CETé founders and a mandated expert, the Monitoring Committee ensures rating, dynamic evaluation and the validity period of each certificate.
CIBLE Software
Proprietary capitalization and analysis tool. CIBLE centralizes all evaluation data and guarantees the traceability of each rating.
Independence
CETé is an independent rating agency. The evaluation is carried out without any commercial ties with assessed organizations, guaranteeing the objectivity of the Vigi-Score.
